This informative and practical workshop is aimed at anyone wanting to improve their sleep, reduce their symptoms of stress and anxiety, improve digestion, gain mental focus and clarity, as well as reduce blood pressure. You will come away from this workshop with a greater understanding of your nervous system and its relation to your breath. In addition to learning breathwork techniques which serve to either balance, relax or stimulate your nervous system. By combining the breathwork techniques we will practice, with the knowledge of your nervous system, you will learn vital ways of enhancing your wellbeing in your everyday life beyond the workshop.
