From physical activities like yoga, Pilates and self-defence classes, to wellbeing sessions ranging from acupuncture to massage therapy, activities for the little ones, dancing and acting classes for teenagers, weekly activities for over-55’s and a weekly free-to-attend table tennis club, Telegraph Hill Centre has something for everyone.

11:30 – 13:30 – Moving Space | conscious dance – Jess Glenny
Moving Space is an opportunity for embodied exploration through dance movement – an invitation to play, experiment, feel and be. We move to an eclectic range of music, with a little facilitation to help you find your way into your body and connect with your practice, but the emphasis is on offering a space for dances to emerge.

14:10 – 14:50 – Pilates – Eda Karaca
Pilates exercises involve mental and physical training focusing on activating the deeper postural muscles in your body. Therefore, Pilates is very effective for dealing with muscle imbalances, releasing tight muscles and strengthening weak ones. Pilates can also target specific complaints such as upper back & neck stiffness, lower back pain, shoulder tightness as well as helping you to improve the flexibility and the mobility of your joints.
