Administrator – Telegraph Hill Centre
21 hours per week, £14/hour
Are you a hardworking, organised, meticulous person who wants to make a real contribution to the community in a front-facing role, people-orientated job? Could you play a key role in a lively community and cultural hub by becoming part of an international, hardworking, fun and welcoming small team at the Telegraph Hill Centre?
Duties include: meeting and greeting; establishing good working relationships with regular and new users; administration of bookings; assisting with marketing and publicity; general office duties; providing administrative assistance to St Catherine’s church.
Good literacy, numeracy, social media and IT skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel)) are essential, along with experience in working with members of the public/service users and team working.
