The role: Administrator – Telegraph Hill Centre

Hours and rate: 16 hours per week, £12 p.h.

Do you have excellent people skills, great office skills and an ability to take initiative? Play a key role in a lively, creative community by becoming part of the team at the Telegraph Hill Centre.

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the centre workforce. Duties include: meeting and greeting; establishing good working relationships with regular and new users; administration of bookings; assisting with marketing and publicity; general office duties; providing administrative assistance to St Catherine’s church.

  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills (Microsoft Office) are essential, along with experience in working with members of the public/service users and teamworking
