Yoga with Max

Max came to yoga over 25 years ago, using it as a restorative tool throughout her dance degree. Teaching is her passion, not only in yoga,  but she has five years dance and 17 years Cycle Fit teaching experience.
She passed her 200 hr Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher training course in 2016, lead by Holly Warren. Her class focuses heavily on asana technique and core strength, safe passage to a pose is big in her sessions, but because she has extensive knowledge in many different styles and techniques, she offers a fun, flowing and unique experience, by authentically fusing all she knows altogether, so you always get something new to explore every time you attend. She has a light- hearted approach to yoga, she says ‘I like to colour outside of the lines sometimes, because if it feels good-why not!’. Her class also includes a light peppering of yoga philosophy and ensures she’s not too heavy on the Sanskrit. She encourages you to play no matter what level you’re at, whilst being mindful at the same time. “Take what you want from yoga and leave what you don’t – it’s all good” 🙂
