Sweaty Mama is coming to Telegraph Hill in the New Year!!

Sweaty Mama is a fun and effective exercise class for you and your baby. Aiming to rebuild fitness after pregnancy and birth, these classes have options for all fitness levels and we see results! Suitable for pre and post natal women plus children from 6 weeks to 4 years. No childcare, no problem! Come and work out, bond with your little ones and meet other mamas.
Classes run on a 6 week course for only £50.
Classes will be every Friday at 10:30am starting from the 13th January.
