STRONGER MAMAS – Postnatal Recovery & Fitness
Thursdays 12.30 – 13.30pm
These sessions are for Postnatal Mamas looking to reconnect with their bodies and get moving and strengthening after birth.
These classes will focus on reconnecting with your breath, restoring your core, improving posture, developing functional movements and tools that will help you in your day to day life in a safe environment.
Modifications available for all levels so you will work at your own pace but still leave feeling challenged!
You Mamas are already strong – come along and get stronger and have fun doing it!
Entire 6 week block = £50
1 Session = £10
