What to Expect

A chance to come out of the mind and into the body.

Whilst lying down on a comfortable mat, you will be guided through a meditation before being basked in a full-body sensory experience of gentle chimes and alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Music Heals

The vibrations that are created from instruments resonate at a certain frequency which correspond with the receptors of the skin, the energy centres, the water and each atom within the body. These sound waves thus help to reharmonise the body on a cellular and physiological level. The sounds that emanate from these alchemy bowls emit waves of high-frequency love alchemy, ceremonial resonance and the wisdom of ascension, corresponding with the third eye, higher-heart (thymus) and sacral chakra.
