Intermediate – Knows the basic moves for Aerobics. 

Advance – Who have a good knowledge of Aerobics moves. 

Warm up, Stretching, Low Impact, Medium to High Impact, Warm down, Floor work, Cool down – Stretching – Finish   

Bring a water Bottle, Bring a floor Mat & Towel – LBT’s 

Packed with: 

Funky moves, Dance steps, Jazz steps, touch of Ballet, Floor work for the – LBT’s 

Warm up, Aerobic warmup, High Energy workout, Cool Down, and Relaxation – Finish   

Keeping yourself fit, with this Dynamic aerobics’ workout, all levels are welcome.
