Gong Bath Sound Meditation

Deeply relaxing meditation session for the body and mind. Using the powerful vibration of the gong along with some breathing exercises and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) you will leave the session feeling light, energised, improving sleep, lowering anxiety and feeling deeply relaxed.

Beginners and experienced participants are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket (pillow/cushion optional).
