Fit Me Training – Bootcamp

Saturdays: Bootcamp 8.15 am to 9 am

Our Bootcamp classes are varying in structure and locations.

We are benefitting from outdoor training using outdoor garden area and local park as well as large Narthex space within the centre. Our Bootcamp is non-military style and predominantly based on bodyweight exercises, suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. Bootcamp Classes are full of fun and very friendly, although expect to work hard. This is full body, functional workout including loads of moving around, crawling, jumping, running and using bodyweight resistance exercises like squats, lunges, press ups and of course burpees. You can also channel your competitive mode in various challenges and mini competitions between participants. Most often however, you will be your only competitor. Expect fast fitness level improvements in various areas: cardio, strength, agility, power and mobility. Undo your “desk jokey” posture and join us today.
