Dance Pilates – Stretch and Strengthen

Taught by dancer and Pilates instructor, Issy. Take an hour to connect back into the body through mindful movement. Pilates based exercises designed to both strengthen and lengthen the muscles; building symmetry, stability and flexibility throughout the body. A great class to offset desk jobs and the perfect compliment to other more high impact exercise such as running or cycling. You will leave feeling deliciously stretched and aligned. Open to all levels!
