As a certified YOGA Breath Coach ® with Yoga Body, she’s harnessed this knowledge to help others transform their lives. In her classes, she empowers students to build a profound awareness of their breath and its connection to the nervous system. By offerings insights into the science of breath and guided practical exercises, she leads them on a path to reduced stress and anxiety, mental clarity, balanced energy, improved sleep, enhanced digestion, and lower blood pressure. You will learn appropriate breathwork techniques to have at your disposal in your wellbeing toolbag. These are small classes where individual attention is given to everyone. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothes. Avoid eating for 2 hours prior to the class.
