Basic Pilates will help you to increase mobility and build strength in a safe and supportive environment. In Basics you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates – alignment, breathing and core stability. You will start to improve your posture, balance and coordination, and learn how to move with confidence and ease.
If you’re a beginner or are suffering from back pain or recovering from an injury Basics is a good place to start.
Even if you have been attending Pilates for a while you will still gain a lot from the Basic work – strength, mobility, postural awareness, motor control – all important factors to help you to move well and feel good in your body.
