New Zoom Activities Starting this Week

The Telegraph Hill Centre hosts new activities as part of our online programme and all free to participate !

Stories to Heal with amazing Zanne
Wednesday 11am-12pm or 7pm-8pm

As hope rises on the horizon and a life out of lockdown seems possible once again the impact of the last few months will start to be truly felt, for while we are living a cut down version of our lives we are also in danger of underestimating what we have been through, what we have lost and the inner strengths we have uncovered.

You are warmly invited to share your story with a small group of others, for it is in the telling and the listening that healing can begin. The group meeting on zoom will be limited to four regulars lead by Zanne Findlay a Grief Recovery practitioner who will offer exercises and coping techniques to augment the sharing and mutual support and to ensure the environment is safe and confidential to those who attend.

Techniques such as mindfulness, visualisation and poetry will be included as these provide you with the means to maintain your recovery and reflections in-between the sessions.

There are only 4 spaces for each session. It is recommended to attend for the 3 weeks, as each session builds onto the other. 

 CV writing and techniques for successful interviews with Endersby Training
Thursday at 5pm-5.45pm

These three sessions will:  
Help you with ideas on how you want to present yourself on your Curriculum Vitae (CV) in order to secure an interview and help you prepare for an interview and present as a competent and successful interviewee.

 Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Tessa Young
Wednesday at 11 am – 11.45 am

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together, placing emphasis on connecting the breath with the yoga poses.

Mixed ability, options will be given.
Suggested equipment simply a mat. Optional: 1 block/cushion.

Tessa teaches vinyasa yoga to stretch out the body, calm the mind and harness the power of breath to support your health and wellbeing. Pause, move and breathe.
