Following the success of the “THC – the zoom sessions” initiative that ran from November to December, Telegraph Hill Centre is bringing back the same activities you liked for another round.
Starting January 25th and running until March 19th, our curated timetable of free activities will allow you to relax via yoga or Chi-Gong, de-stress after a long day with our Self-Care sessions, release all that pent-up energy with Dance Movement classes, or to enjoy a nice cup of tea in a momentary silence, provided by our Ballet and Tap classes for the younger ones. You will even be able to fix broken appliances with our popular “Mend it with Mo” sessions, now online once a month.
