Centre Manager – Telegraph Hill Centre
28 hours per week, £28,627 FTE
Are you looking for the opportunity to manage and develop one of South London’s most  interesting Community Centres?

Telegraph Hill Centre plays a key part in our local, vibrant community and provides the people who live and work here with places to meet, volunteer, take classes, run businesses. 1000 people a week use the Centre – from babies to older people and everyone in between.

Our new Centre Manager needs to harness the creative energy of this locality and enable the Centre to realize its full potential – in terms of the building, creative synergy and financial stability.

  • Does community matter to you?
  • Can you work well with different types of people?
  • Are you business savvy?
  • Can you take initiative and lead a staff team?
  • Are you practically – minded and able to maintain a safe public space, but also able to project a vision and give a sense of direction?

We are seeking an experienced professional, with a proven track record in running a community centre/small business/charity, to manage the Centre financially, strategically and administratively.
